Instructions to Downloading of HallTicket :

The students who have opted the examination centres in their nearest
Town/District have to download the Hall Tickets through the link
http://pg.ouexams.in by using their mobile number with OTP.

. Students must affix recent passport size photograph in the space
provided on the downloaded Hall Ticket and
get the signature and
stamp of the Chief Superintendent of the concerned examination
centre by producing proof of photo ID, preferably College ID.

Those students who have not opted the examination centres in their
nearest Town/District have to take the Hall Tickets from the Principal of
their respective collges as has been the practice earlier.

Important Instructions for Exercising Options for Examination Centres
(OU PG Examinations)

P.G. III Semester (leftover/postponed) and IV-Semester Examinations of M.Sc/MA/M.Com/M.S.W./M.Lib.Sc/MJ&MC/ M.Com (IS) (CBCS Regular, Backlog & Improvement) will be conducted from 14.07.2021 to 28.07.2021. The detailed time table is issued and available in OU website: https://www.osmania.ac.in.

The University has decided to conduct the theory examinations of final PG III (leftover/postphoned) and
IV semester in Offline/Conventional mode. The time of examination is reduced from 3 hours to 2 hours,
accordingly the question paper pattern will be changed. To compensate reduction in time, more choice
and more weightage of marks is given in the question paper due to COVID pandemic as one time measure for the academic year 2020-2021.

The students who are residing away in their places and wants to appear for the examinations have to mandatorily
select the nearest District/Town centres constituted by the University through the University website link
(http://pg.ouexams.in) by following a due procedure.
The details of centre in selected district/town
will be sent to registered mobile through SMS/Mail
of the student after allotting the centre.

ALL THE STUDENTS MUST EXERCISE OPTIONS MANDATORILY.

If the number of candidates opted in a particular centre is less than 20, the University may allot another centre to such students.

The deadline for exercising options is 00.00 hrs. (Midnight) of 05.07.2021. No changes are allowed after the deadline.

All the students shall have to attend the examinations scheduled by the University to save their precious academic year and to proceed further in their career.

The Prinicipals of respective colleges are requested to inform their students through
mobile/SMS/Mail and coordinate for smooth conduct of examinations.

Special Instuctions to the Students due to COVID Pandemic

No student is allowed to the examinations hall without the face mask (preferably double mask). Further they must wear the face mask throughout the examination and advised to carry personal sanitizer.

Must maintain the physical distancing throughout the examination. Students should not form into groups ouside and within the centre premises.

Candidates experiencing cough, cold, fever, etc. must inform to the Chief superintendent of respective examination centre.

No candidate is permitted to wait anywhere in the centre except in the allotted examination Hall/Room.

Candidates are advised not to interact with any other person during the examinations.
Students are requested to strictly follow COVID norms and cooperate with the Chief Superintendents of respective centres in smooth conduct of examinations.
